Programs

We create developmentally appropriate educational environments that empower children to be confident, successful, and lifelong learners, following Arizona’s Early Learning Standards.

The Arizona Early Learning Standards have been developed to provide a framework for the planning of quality learning experiences for all children three to five years of age. The standards cover a broad range of skill development and provide a useful instructional foundation for children from diverse backgrounds and with diverse abilities.

Preschool Program

Our preschool classrooms are a child-centered environment. This means we let the children have a say in their day, design developmentally appropriate activities, have and open-ended art projects, and engage in A LOT of sensory experiences. Each day we provide opportunities to create, move, read, discuss, observe, sing and play!

We facilitate each child’s individual and group interests, needs, growth, and learning through observation, assessment, and planning. The curriculum incorporates writing, science, math, art, and reading. A child must be potty-trained to attend preschool.

I’ve been bringing my 4 year old to Daisy Early Learning Center for Pre-K and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The teachers truly care about the kids and you can tell by the way my son talks about school. Since joining their Pre-K program he has learned to count to 100 and spells many different colors through song. His letter recognition has improved and we are so happy here. My son loves school and that is a gift every day. I can’t thank all of the teachers that are influencing my sons life enough. I highly recommend DELA and Sonoran Science Academy.
