Our base salary is aggressively competitive with other Arizona schools and we reward staff for qualifications, experience, and performance, and compensate staff for additional duties.

Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Location: Tucson, AZ

Job Description:
Daisy Education Corporation seeks a Primary School Teacher to develop, adapt, and implement curriculum and lesson plans aligned with state academic standards and school instructional goals. The position involves delivering classroom instruction in primary-level subjects using differentiated instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs and abilities.

Responsibilities include preparing and administering assessments, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student progress; maintaining accurate student records, including attendance, grades, and performance data; and preparing periodic academic reports. The teacher will create and maintain a positive, safe, and structured classroom environment that supports student engagement and appropriate behavior.

The role also requires regular communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and expectations, participation in faculty meetings and professional development activities, and collaboration with school administrators and instructional staff to support curriculum development and overall student success.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Teaching, Elementary Education, World Language Education, Bilingual Education, or a related field.
